Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary Assess resident care needs and assist in the development of individualized plans of resident care Conduct resident care conferences Report problems to the Administrator and the DON Conduct daily resident rounds and initiate corrective action as necessary Conduct staff meetings with all shifts Assume responsibility for nursing service compliance to federal, state and local regulations Direct allocation of nursing service equipment and supplies Supervision and Scheduling Conduct interviews and hire nursing service employees Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges Establish good public relations with hospital discharge coordinators Consistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and dependability Work cooperatively with facility administration, nursing personnel, ancillary personnel, all facility departments Experience career fulfillment by enriching the lives of others.
Assist us in providing one of a kind caring to the residents Required License/Certifications:
RN License.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
