is actively seeking Production Laborers to join our team! The Production Laborer position plays a vital role in the success of our company and is the initial building block into the precast concrete industry.
What you will do:
Assist in setting up forms/product for pours Assists with pouring and finishing concrete Assist in stripping product from the forms Clean product prior to moving to the yard Cut wire and rebar and tie wire for forming reinforcement Assist team with cleaning plant and equipment Required
Experience:
What you need:
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to perform work standing for 8 hours per day, up to 5 days per week.
Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, push, pull, sit, use hands, handle, feel, reach with hands or arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse work environment with all levels of employees Able to be self-motivated and problem solve when necessary Able to use hand and power tools Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures both written and oral Commitment to building a positive team culture.
