collects trash and recycled materials in the Central Pennsylvania Region.
Currently, we operate out of four regions of Portage, Johnstown, Altoona, and Philipsburg and serve customers in eight counties.
We are seeking a well-spoken and professional Customer Service Representative to help fulfill the needs of our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Providing introductory information to new customers Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services Informing customers or clients of additional products or services Determining the most effective ways to answer a clientEUR(TM)s or customerEUR(TM)s questions Escalating queries and concerns Troubleshooting common issues with a service Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions Assist collections department with outbound calls Requirements:
Experience handing incoming and outgoing phone calls High School Diploma, or equivalent Previous work experience in customer service Accounting knowledge (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
